About Academic Fees & Payment Options

For your convenience, there are two payment options available, the Term Plan and The Monthly Plan. Once your child is enrolled at Wheatley, you will be given access to the Parent Login section of our site and will be able to make your payments on-line.

  For a complete Academic Fee Schedule and Payment Options, please contact the School.

  New students are accepted throughout the year, providing space is available. Fees are calculated on a pro-rated basis, when a student starts mid-year.

  When a family has more that one child enrolled in our Elementary and full-day Primary programs, a discount will be applied for the second and third child's fees.

Additional Services

The Wheatley School Bus is available for students to be picked up and/or brought home. This service can be used occassionally or reserved by term and is available to families in St. Catharines and out-laying areas. A charge per trip applies.

  We also offer an Extended Hours Service before and after regular school hours. This service is provided at an hourly rate, with a discount for additional child(ren) in the same family.
