APRIL GAVE OUR STUDENTS many opportunities to show off their talents. Participating in events such as the Science Fair, Kiwanis Festival, and the Year End Musical proved to our students that hard work does bring success. We are very proud of their accomplishments.
   May has quietly arrived reminding us that there are only six weeks left to the end of the school year. Although Track & Field and
Camping Trips dominate the May calendar, the star event is our yearly Art Show. Please, take the time to visit the Art Show, with your child, immediately after 3:45 p.m. dismissal. You will be amazed by the artistic talent, in our school.
    The warm weather has arrived and many children are enjoying
staying after school to play. We ask parents to be vigilant and
supervise their children, at all times, to keep them safe. Also, the
warm weather tends to inspire children to come to school wearing
flip flops for their outdoor shoes. This type of shoe tends to fall off
when running and leads to lots of accidents. Running shoes are still
the best shoes for outside play.
